Please see important terms and conditions for your appointment below. You agree to:
Cancel or reschedule your appointment of you have any symptoms of coronavirus, including a continuous cough, high temperature or a loss of, or change in normal sense of taste or smell, or are required to self-isolate in accordance with relevant to self-isolate in accordance with relevant laws or guidance;
When waiting in communal areas and not receiving treatments, wear a face covering unless legally exempt from doing so;
Comply with Government and NHS guidance to help limit the spread of COVID-19, including social distancing where ever possible;
Observe all safety measures required of you at your salon is unable to provide services to you.
Please do your best to arrive on time for your appointment to help your salon manage social distancing.
Terms & Conditions
Please note that by making a booking an appointment with Thai Therapy Massage you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. You also agree to attend the appointment you have booked.
You can make an appointment with Thai Therapy Massage in a number of ways including via our website, telephone.
Appointments are available for a variety of durations from 1 hour to 2 hours. Upon making a booking, you will receive an email confirming all the important details.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours. Please cancel as soon as possible if a foreseeable event is likely to prevent you from attending, for example, illness or adverse weather conditions.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to attend an appointment with less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will incur the charge for the full appointment. This is because we may not be able to fill your appointment slot and still need to cover our costs.
However, if you need to cancel your appointment at short notice because of Covid-19 related symptoms, a long-term medical condition which varies from day to day, or because you are more than 37 weeks pregnant, then we shall discuss the cost implications on a case by case basis.
‘No show’ (fail to attend a pre-booked appointment you agree to pay 100% of booking fee)

It is important that our agreed appointment time and duration is adhered to. We appreciate that sometimes, things happen, and you may arrive a little later or need to leave a bit earlier than planned. This is fine, but we cannot make up the missed time by overrunning or adding time to subsequent appointments.
I understand that the massage I receive is provided for the basic purpose of relaxation and relief of muscular tension and myofascial pain conditions suitable for treatment using soft tissue therapies.
If I experience any pain during this session, I will immediately inform the therapist so that the pressure and/or strokes may be adjusted to my level of comfort. I further understand that massage should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment and that I should see a physician, chiropractor or qualified medical specialist for any mental or physical ailment of which I am aware.
I understand the massage therapists are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness, and that nothing said in the course of the session given should be construed as such. Because massage should not be performed under certain medical conditions, I affirm that I have stated all my known medical conditions and answered all questions honestly.
I agree to keep the therapist updated as to any changes in my medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist’s part should I fail to do so.
I acknowledge that should I be late for my appointment the therapist has the right to alter the length of my massage to suit the needs of the office schedule.
I also understand that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by me will result in immediate termination of the session, and I will be liable for payment of the scheduled appointment.
